Irreversible removal of direct identifiers
Former/inactive workers only. This permanently disables the old account and erases direct identifiers and identifying notes from live history, rosters and exports. Exact operational facts remain under one random pseudonym. Protected views and ordinary jobs are temporarily unavailable until completion; failures remain closed for Admin retry. Old backups, downloaded files, delivered messages and external copies are unchanged. You must decide whether removal is permitted and record subsequent decisions separately for recovery. Small-team facts may still identify a person.

Use direct file saving for large archives. Otherwise the browser holds the download in memory until complete.
Email and feedback settings
Secrets can be replaced, never retrieved. SMTP acceptance does not prove receipt or reading.
Backups
Archives contain the complete current database and private files. Securely retain the two keys separately. A restored archive can reintroduce revoked credentials or erased identities. Reconcile these before reopening access.
